Purpose of the Role

Leads the operations and ensure that the KPIs for the operations are fully met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the receiving, binning and line feeding operations
• Key contact for the customer for operations review and improvements
• Deliver KPI agreed with the customer for the operations
• Manage budgets as per the plan
• Driving continuous improvements including space and manpower optimization
• Maintain good working relationships, Co-ordination, discussion and communication
• Independently inbound operation handling / leading
• Together with Project manager participate in problem solving and trouble shoot process, improvement process and innovative ideas to create pipeline projects
• Ensure to provide right input to the concerned team for billing
• On time and accurate MIS
• Daily working process review and discussion
• People management
