Job Description:

You will be responsible for managing the tools of the Sales Department, as well as monitoring the department's performance indicators through relevant analyses and reports.

More specifically:

· Developing and managing the Sales Department’s CRM tools (Comet, GCPT+, GSIP+, OMS, etc.)

· Training and providing ongoing support to users of these tools

· Ensuring high data quality through data analyses and audits (Pivots, Charts, Power BI, etc.)

· Designing, creating, interpreting, and communicating data analyses and reports related to productivity and performance indicators.

Additionally, you will:

· Participate in the design, implementation, and management of departmental projects

· Ensure the Sales Department compliance with internal procedures and global sales processes

· Manage the marketing tool “Marketo” for designing and implementing customer communication programs based on sales priorities.

Required Qualifications:

· Relevant bachelor’s degree

· Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

· Strong Excel skills (Pivots, Charts, etc.)

· Proficiency in software tools (MS Office, MS PowerPoint, etc.)

· Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

· University /Technical degree in Economics, Statistics, Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field

· Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Digital Sales

· Knowledge of Power BI dashboard creation
