This role independently fulfills Change Management responsibilities mostly based on ITIL standardized methods in order to minimize the impact of Change implementation and consequently to improve the day-to-day operations of the organization. As Change Specialist, you will be analyzing various change request from perspective of quality, assessment of risk and possible impact of change requests, chairing regular CAB meeting and approving change requests for implementation.

On top of that, communicating with Business Stakeholders pertaining to Change related issues and requests plays major role in your scope. Last but not least, this role requires strong interpersonal skill with the ability of Team Player as well in Business Communication skills.

As a Change Specialist, having experience and understanding of Service Management and particularly with Change, Release and Configuration Management is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Operating Infrastructure, Networking and Database Software will also be an integral part of this role.

You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Jan Mr?a and I’m a team leader of DHL Change Management Prague. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2013, when I took a role as Service Desk Analyst in German Service Desk team. Gaining more hands-on experience within IT has always fascinated me, so in 2019 I moved to the Change Management team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Change Specialist role. In 2022, I moved to a management role, being a Team Leader of Change Management Prague team. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition. Looking forward to having you onboard!
