Human Resources Associate
Keeps the heart of the Human Resources Department beating smoothly by providing hands-on administrative support for all things people-related — from managing records and coordinating processes to helping ensure every employee experience is a great one.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Employee maintenance within HR Management System
- Reconcile invoices
- Facilitate new hire orientation
- Clerical duties including create and distribute correspondence
- Performs audits of various HR functions and recommends corrective action
- Customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email interaction
- Assists with research and/or special projects
Secondary Functions:
- Coordinate employee events
- Process mail
- Order office supplies
Job Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Data entry in software system
- 1-2 years of clerical/administrative experience
Preferred Experience:
- 1-2 years of clerical/administrative experience in Human Resources department
Skills and Qualifications:
- Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Problem solving
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Computer: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint, HR Management System (HRMS)
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish, verbal and written
