Your Role as a Partner Account Manager:Â
Appspace is seeking an experienced channel sales professional with deep expertise in the real estate and/or facilities space. As an Industry Partner Account Manager at Appspace, you will possess extensive experience in navigating the real estate technology channel activities. The ideal candidate will have a recent and proven track record of success in managing and growing channel partnerships while meeting and exceeding both individual and company revenue goals. Â
The Industry Partner Account Manager will act as a subject matter expert and is responsible for driving quantifiable Appspace results with real estate and key facilities partners. This includes, but is not limited to, large global real-estate companies, hardware partners specializing in sensors and/or data collection tools, as well as industry-recognized building management systems (BMS). Key success criteria will be a culmination of driving mindshare, reputation, influence, pipeline opportunities, and ARR, with strategic real estate companies focusing on workplace experience. This position will report to the VP of Global Partnerships and work closely with Appspace sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams to drive positive business outcomes. This is a remote position that will require approximately 40% travel and will include support for partners globally.  Â
