Position Title: Supervisor | Facilities Maintenance

General Description:

Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the efficient, safe, and continuous operation of the company's physical facilities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, regulatory compliance, coordination with suppliers, and supervision of technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate general maintenance activities for buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify repair or improvement needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee work performed by external contractors and suppliers.
  • Manage inventory of materials, tools, and necessary equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, occupational safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Control the budget allocated to the area and report expenses.
  • Address and follow up on incident reports related to facilities.
  • Document work orders, completed maintenance, and activities performed.
  • Support the planning of improvement or remodeling projects for physical spaces.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Maintenance Technology or licensed Refrigeration Technician.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance supervision or facility management.
  • Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, plumbing, electricity, and contractor management.
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience managing budgets and maintenance programs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license.
