Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of each shift, controlling the work of employees, planning work, and ensuring that the quality of work meets standards. In addition, Shift Manager is responsible for personnel management, scheduling work, and solving problems that occur during work.

- Achieve operational targets for all warehouse activities.
- co-ordination these activities across all Department where their input assists in the achievement of the targets.
- Ensure the smooth of operation, follow up, and managing all shop floor activities within the framework of Data, System, and Operation platform.
- Ensure enough resources, manpower and equipment to overall activities to meet the operation requirement.
- Implement and maintain the DSC global / local policies.
- Maintain working standard under the business scope of service when the customer request for more. Manage manpower, location and resources to meet fluctuation stock.
- Communicate to customer’s vendor and customer representative regarding to current warehouse situation, capacities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Related filed.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Multinational customers (English communication is required).
- P&L Transport & Warehouse management with Automotive background.
- Strong supplier, customer, team management (managerial level).
- Strong leadership and the ability to influence others.
- Be able to work under high pressure.
- Work on site mainly in Bangna area and able to travel regularly.
