Overview
Construction Quality Manager shall be responsible for administering and implementing the company’s Quality Program and quality processes related to all project construction activities. Candidate must demonstrate experience with construction and management in quality assurance and quality control of Bid-Build, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CMGC and other alternative delivery methods for projects of similar nature and scope in both the public and private sectors.
Responsibilities include:
•Develop and implement project-specific quality plans and procedures
•Coordinate and perform inspections, audits, and testing
•Work closely with superintendents and subcontractors to resolve quality issues
•Document and track non-conformances, corrective actions, and quality trends
•Ensure compliance with DOT, client, and company standards
•Lead quality meetings and provide training for project teams
•Support preconstruction planning and design reviews
Requirements:
•Minimum 5 years of experience in role is required
•American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) preferred
•Utah Professional Engineer license required
•Familiarity with DOT requirements and construction specifics
