Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or banking role is required.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to handle financial transactions and customer inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with sales and cross-selling banking products.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
  • Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to enhance customer relationships and meet sales targets.
  • Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies while ensuring a secure banking environment.
  • Assist in branch operations and support team members as needed, adapting to various branch locations.
