Brief Description of PSU/School/DeptPosition Summary
The Program Coordinator for the Bachelor’s to Master’s Pathways will manage marketing materials and web pages. This involves coordination with the marketing team. They will also recruit students through visits, emails, and information sessions. The Coordinator will partner with academic directors and campus partners for program planning and development. Additionally, they will work with the SB admissions team on requirements and act as a contact point. Finally, they will provide student support and onboarding, including ensuring information access, facilitating student transition, tracking registration, updating materials, and collaborating on orientation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience working with undergraduate or graduate students
- Excellent customer service skills and experience;
- Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, etc.;
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Two years of office experience OR an Associate’s degree

This is a non-benefits-eligible position. Pay is $25 per hour for approximately 10 hours per week.
