Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to a senior leader (Director level or above) within Lutron’s Residential Sales Team. In this pivotal role, you will be an integral member of our executive support team, helping to drive efficiency and professionalism at the highest levels of the organization.

 

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in optimizing the executive’s time and enhancing Lutron’s corporate image. You’ll serve as a trusted liaison between the executive and internal stakeholders—including senior leadership, customers, and employees—ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the board.

 

 



Responsibilities

  • Serve as a professional representative of the senior leader/s you support by managing correspondence, calendar appointments, coordinating events, and responding to inquiries on their behalf.
    • Prepare and distribute professional communications, including meeting minutes, memos, letters, and other correspondence with accuracy and discretion.
    • Proactively manage the senior leader's calendar by anticipating needs, aligning with business priorities, and ensuring optimal time management.
    • Plan and execute high-profile events, including charity functions, executive offsites, and international gatherings, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with company standards.
  • Act as a liaison between the senior leader and internal stakeholders—including directors, vice presidents, and cross-functional teams—to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate complex travel and meeting logistics, including itinerary planning, transportation, accommodations, meeting arrangements, and timely expense reporting.
  • Lead and support special projects by setting clear objectives, managing timelines, collaborating with stakeholders, and adapting plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Drive process improvements by evaluating existing workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and implementing enhancements to support team effectiveness.
  • Uphold and enhance the senior leader's and company’s reputation by taking ownership of new initiatives, delivering high-quality results, and identifying ways to add value.


Qualifications



  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma required
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience including calendar coordination, travel logistics, planning corporate functions, and meeting management
  • Must be located within commutable distance of Lutron's Coopersburg office to accommodate in-office schedule
