A postdoctoral position in molecular pharmacology is immediately available in the laboratory of Dr. Ben Orsburn at the University of Pittsburgh. We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to join a collaborative and interdisciplinary team focused on the downstream interpretation of proteomics data from human pathology samples, clinical trials, and single-cell multi-omics studies. This position centers on the integration and interpretation of complex proteomics datasets ranging from bulk clinical samples to high-dimensional single-cell data in the context of pharmacology, toxicology, and human disease. The successful candidate will contribute to ongoing projects leveraging proteomics to drive biological discovery and therapeutic insight, with an emphasis on clinical relevance.
