Accountabilities:
• To develop and manage the assigned portfolio of customers in order to optimize their business profitability and foster their loyalty towards DHL
• To acquire new market share by identifying and addressing any business opportunity for prospects with an annual revenue potential over 1 500 000,- EUR / year and converting them into active Customers
• To achieve the commercial targets by regularly reviewing Customers’ performances and taking the relevant actions with all the external and internal business partners,
• To promote DHL EXPRESS as a Partner of Choice by developing sound and sustainable commercial relationships with all the business partners, always complying with the applicable Business Ethics and Compliance rules.

Profile:
• Strong express transport business and strategy acumen
• International, Sales and Result focused executive; excellence driven
• Excellent knowledge of the local and international transport + logistics industry/market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong team player, with a can do / entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent in English, French, German (Luxembourgish = advantage)
• At least 2 years working experience in a similar position with proven track records
• Sound local Luxembourg networking experience = advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Transport / Logistics = advantage
