Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Specialist to join our growing team. This role directly supports program execution for critical combat vehicle systems, working alongside Program Management and Engineering to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Statements of Work (SOW) for subcontractors.
  • Support the creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and cost allocation frameworks.
  • Assist in preparing Basis of Estimates (BOE) for proposal and planning efforts.
  • Contribute to the development of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), including resource-loaded scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules, resources, and cost estimates with program goals.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of relevant project or program management experience
  • Strong understanding of project planning tools, cost estimation, and schedule integration.
  • Experience working with engineering and program management teams in a defense environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting large, complex U.S. Department of Defense programs?
