Position_Description :

What You’ll Do

As our HR Administrator, you’ll keep our workforce running smoothly by managing key HR functions, including:

• Supporting onboarding for both office and field personnel

• Coordinating benefits enrollment, timekeeping, and compliance paperwork

• Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation

• Assisting with employment verifications and HR-related inquiries

• Liaising with supervisors, project managers, and department heads

• Helping ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety standards

• Supporting Union-related hiring practices when applicable


You’ll work directly from our Sparks office and play a central role in supporting the people behind our projects.




Position Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field a plus

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR systems is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively

• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidentiality

• Experience with Union hiring processes preferred, but not required

• Comfortable working in a straightforward, no-nonsense environment typical of the construction industry, with the ability to navigate challenging interpersonal dynamics professionally
