Operational Associate

Accurate Group is seeking an Operational Associate II to join our growing team. The Operational Associate is responsible for the overall performance of a client’s portfolio of orders with attention to both the movement of the order through its lifecycle as well as the relationship and service to the client.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Responsible for daily maintenance of the open order pipeline. This includes regular communication with the appraiser/other vendors regarding appointment scheduling, inspection confirmations, and the timeliness of report submissions.

  • Ensure the client is appropriately updated on the status of all orders at all times. Regularly communicate with client to build an ongoing relationship with their staff and to solve for order delays.

  • Responsible for interacting with clients and business functional operations departments to ensure that orders are processed according to client requirements and delivered in a timely manner.

  • Field and answer calls from appraisers, other vendors and clients.

  • Notate orders via the internal systems of records and other systems of records as needed.

  • Deliver superior customer service, with effective written and verbal communication. Notifying management of any escalated issues.

  • All other duties as assigned.


Successful candidates will have the following proven skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Valuations, Real Estate, etc, knowledge of Valuations processes
  • Ability to multi-task & work independently: Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently; values time; able to prioritize and structure workflow to achieve optimal execution.
  • Act with courtesy, dignity & respect: Always demonstrate professionalism. Exhibiting positive energy with a “can do” attitude.
  • Strong verbal skills: Able to engage in clear and concise dialogue with customers, leadership, and business partners.
  • Strong written skills: Able to create clear and concise content with customers, leadership, and business partners. Must be able to self-identify the appropriate tone and depth of information.
  • Self-Development: Is personally committed to and actively works to continuously improve him/herself; understands that different situations and levels may call for different skills and approaches; works to deploy strengths; works on compensating for weakness and limits.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Experience in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Job Type: Full-time/Remote

Salary: $18.00 - $21.63 an hour

Schedule: Monday -Friday (8-hour shifts)
