Obtain and develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio

Construction, Consumer, and Consumer Real Estate Loans

Promote BancFirst services through cross-selling banking products to new and existing customers

Participation in various community and public events

Consistent execution of policies and procedures

Extraordinary customer service at all times

Outside customer development calls required

Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree preferred (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred)

Must have ability to analyze financial data and write credit memorandums

Must have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending

Must have ability to grow quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals

Promote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships

Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks

Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years consumer lending experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile

Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials

Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds
