As a leading provider of design-build services for data centers and high-performance buildings, were growing fast and looking for a skilled Mechanical/HVAC Service Account Manager to join our team.
This is your chance to be the face of our mechanical services divisionworking with clients, identifying solutions, and helping them solve some of the regions most complex power and cooling challenges. If you love building relationships, estimating service projects, and delivering real value, we want to hear from you.
Drive new business by identifying, estimating, and closing mechanical/HVAC service opportunities
Build long-term relationships with both new and existing clients across commercial and government sectors
Prepare detailed scopes of work and service estimates for repairs and upgrades
Stay plugged into the latest HVAC and mission-critical tech trends
Collaborate with a driven team that knows how to get things doneand have fun doing it
Represent Compu Dynamics in person, online, and out in the field
A valid Journeyman Mechanical license or equivalent hands-on experience
35 years of outside sales experience in the HVAC or mechanical contracting space
Strong estimating skills for service work and repairs
A passion for customer service and technical problem-solving
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel throughout the region
Experience with mission-critical systems or data centers is a major plus
