Exciting role available- be the face of our site

Join DHL as an Administration Officer and become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative operations at our site. With a busy and varied workload, each day will bring new challenges and opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administration support and managing end-to-end administrative processes
  • Maintaining site registers, including training and safety records, to ensure site compliance
  • Overseeing site pallet control, ensuring efficient management and allocation of resources
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service
  • Planning, organizing, and managing meetings, presentations, and events. This includes tasks such as minute-taking, catering coordination, and room bookings
  • Managing the sign-in and induction process for external visitors, ensuring compliance and a welcoming experience
  • Undertaking ad hoc duties as required to support the smooth operation of the site

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Pallet control experience (desirable)
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
