Key responsibilities:

  • Improving and maintaining the quality of our online learning (obsolete content, metadata maintenance, role-based curriculum)
  • Providing platform support for end users and training for administrators
  • Coordinating and supporting the implementation of online training translations
  • Creating curricula and content for the Learning Management System and other internal platforms such as Connect App and MyTW
  • Upload videos and materials to the Learning Management System
  • Promoting courses and online content through different communication channels to increase uptake
  • Organising and facilitating team meetings, community calls, and presentations to share updates
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders
 

Required skills & experience:

  • Experience or qualifications in Leaning & Development, Online Marketing or Communications is highly desirable
  • Microsoft 365 experience, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
