Warehouse Administrator (Planning) - Military veterans preferred

Pay Rate: £27,322.29 per year
Grade: P
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 7am until 3pm
Location: Milton Keynes, MK4 3FU

We're now looking for a Warehouse Admin Planner

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Prepare and update all customer and internal reporting in an accurate and timely manner
  Be responsible for gathering the data required for Monthly Business Metrics
  Be proactive in spotting potential issues/inaccuracies in data and correcting this
  Work collaboratively with managers across the warehouse to ensure that our reporting is up to date
  Have a good understanding of Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  Support the accurate filing of training documentation
  Support the transport department in receiving/dispatching drivers in line with procedures if required
  Provide the operation with administration support if required

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Experience using Excel for reporting including formulas is essential
  Experience using PowerBI and analysing reports
  Experience using PowerPoint to create presentations
  Communicates well
  Self-starter
  Good time management
  Works well with changing requirements
  Part of the interview will be a basic test for their excel knowledge
  Previous experience in warehouse planning desirable
