Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for overall Design Management, Design Build certification, Design Milestone development, project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, price book estimating, and control while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Additional responsibilities include implementing Contract Requirements, communicating with the Design Team & Subcontractors during design, reviewing and commenting on all stages of design, onsite design survey activities, Client Communication during design and final review, daily on-site oversight, and direct day-to-day management and supervision of construction activities, subcontractors, quality, and safety. The construction Project Manager's responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management, including Project Planning, Cost Management, Schedule Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, and Safety Management.
