- Lead the Charge: Manage and supervise all staff and day-to-day operations at the center-keeping everything running like a well-oiled (and very joyful) machine.
- Team Coach & Supporter: Motivate, mentor, and manage a team of educators and support staff to be their best every day.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications-Bachelors degree in early childhood education, child development, or elementary education with an emphasis on early childhood required
-Minimum three (3) years successful supervisory experience in an early childhood program required
-Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, problem solving and interpersonal skills required
-Experience with low income and culturally diverse families
