Highly skilled Scientists with expertise in material science, polymer fabrication, and tissue engineering to drive innovation in medical devices and regenerative medicine are encouraged to apply. Additionally, candidates with a background in leading R&D efforts in developing biomaterials, bioengineered scaffolds, and implantable medical devices while ensuring biocompatibility, efficacy, scalability, and regulatory compliance would be well-suited for this role. A strong background in biofabrication techniques and translational tissue engineering would be highly valuable.
This person will be required to continuously sit, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.They willcontinuouslywork in a sterile or isolation area.Additionally, this person will be required to pass a pre- employment health screening.
How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:
The Lead Scientist participates in corporate level strategic and resource planning. Develops and manages research and product development projects and interface with internal business stakeholders. Implements strategies, develop methodology, and work collaboratively with cross functional teams to optimize study designs and study protocol. Provides scientific assistance for divisional laboratory efforts. Contributes in the development of intellectual property in support of the divisional project portfolio.

Salary: $132,659- $176,879 annually
The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate's qualifications and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $132,659 annually (entry-level qualifications) to $176,879 annually (experienced in this role).
* Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate's knowledge and relevant experience.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met.
