Position Title:Coordinator of Staff and Community Development - New Mexico ALB
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Description:
Coordinates and oversees staff development and training activities to support quality service delivery. Expected areas of focus include but are not limited to: 1) Orientation and training activities in-person at all NMS locations state-wide and various community locations as indicated, 2) cultural competency and diversity, 3) documentation, 4) productivity and efficiency, 5) staff development and skill enhancement activities, 6) other duties and special projects as assigned and developed.

Staff Training & Orientation: Provides in-person support to all NMS locations state-wide overseeing, coordinating, and providing staff development and training activities as evidenced by:
Cultural Competence and Diversity: Provides culturally appropriate services to diverse populations as evidenced by:

Education and Experience:
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with a variety of team(s)/groups. Knowledge of behavioral health services. Ability to manage time and meet deadlines. Ability to create/develop and/or procure training content based on a variety of needs/requirements. conduct interviews and meetings and to manage time and prioritize projects. Good writing and verbal skills.
