Description:

Job Purpose:

The Banking Operations & Pricing Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, analysis, and delivery of treasury products by conducting market research, analyzing product performance, assisting with pricing strategies, and ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements for Tradition Capital Bank. The Treasury Product Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams including Sales, Risk, Compliance, and other departments to optimize treasury solutions, drive product innovation, and improve client satisfaction and profitability.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Client Support: Responsible for leading clients through various stages of the client journey. Enhances the onboarding process by acting as the point person for the client. Facilitates a sense of urgency and reaction to change for goal achievement. Assist with business cases to support changes to improve product profitability and client experience. When needed, elevates client concerns, inquiries and feedback to appropriate department.
  • Collaboration: Develops relationships with Relationship Officers to assist them in and pursuing opportunities to provide a thoughtful and thorough assessment of their client's financial service needs. Executes identified opportunities to cross-sell products and services both independently and collaboratively with the team. Gathers feedback for opportunities to enhance client experience.
  • Product and Services: Maintains a general knowledge of all depository products and services, with ability to properly assess, suggest and walk clients through financial service solutions. Continuous cost/benefit analysis of treasury billing products (i.e. Weiland, Alkami, Fiserv, etc.) and identify efficiencies and reduce redundancies. Identify themes, industries, use-cases for business development, to identify product enhancement opportunities and to support changes to improve product profitability and client experience.
  • Documentation: Prepares and executes internal and external documentation in response to client request or proposal including, but not limited to: agreements, account forms, and maintenance requests. Ensures all required account documents are properly executed and retained according to applicable banking regulations and requirements.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree from College or University and 3-5 years of experience in banking, preferably within Treasury Management or Accounting fields; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

For this position, we anticipate a pay range between $64,520 and $103,234 annually. Final offers will vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and Bank performance.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to type, carry, handle and feel objects, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and more with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception in the window environment and the ability to adjust focus.
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
  • Local travel is expected for this position
