Account Management Manager

Job Summary:

The Account Management Manager is responsible for leading the Account Management team, providing strategic direction, and supporting Account Managers in building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to optimize account growth, client satisfaction, and internal workflows. The Account Management Manager serves as a key liaison between the client, internal departments, and leadership, ensuring excellence in service delivery and alignment with company goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for client service and team development.

Duties/Responsibilities:

•    Lead and oversee the Account Management team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.

•    Develop and implement strategic plans to grow client accounts and improve service delivery.

•    Support Account Managers with high-level client interactions, strategy development, and conflict resolution.

•    Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reports to the COO.

•    Collaborate with leadership to align account strategies with company goals and drive innovation in service delivery.

•    Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to Account Managers to enhance performance and support professional development.

•    Create scalable processes and best practices for client engagement, onboarding, and relationship management.

•    Coordinate team efforts to meet project milestones and service delivery timelines.

•    Drive continuous improvement in account management operations, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution.

•    Identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.

•    Conduct performance evaluations and assist in hiring and training new team members.

•    Represent Account Management in internal strategy meetings and contribute to organizational planning efforts.

•    Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred.

•    Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Services, including 2+ years in a supervisory or strategic leadership role.

•    Proven success in developing and executing account strategies and leading teams.
