Description

The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) Analyst (“Analyst”) will join our FP&A team, a small, highly dynamic, and entrepreneurial team within BRG’s finance organization. The Analyst will be part of BRG’s finance organization reporting to the Vice President of FP&A, supporting a wide variety of accounting, planning and financial management topics. This position’s location is flexible; however, Washington DC preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze practice operating results to support the on-going development of monthly reporting packages for the executive team.
  • Prepare various internal and external analyses, leveraging expert, services, clients, and industry data.
  • Build upon existing reports by leading the design and execution of reporting to measure business results.
  • Support the refinement of company-wide budgeting and forecasting models leveraged across all business units within BRG.
  • Provide financial data, reports, and insights to support monthly reporting to shareholders and banks.
  • Work with large amounts of data to create complex models that depict trends and develop models to analyze operational and financial data.
  • Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
  • Minimum of two years of postgraduate experience in FP&A.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a strong requirement.
  • Experience with developing executive level presentation using MS Office and/or Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with ERP solutions, Workday preferred.
  • Exposure to US GAAP accounting standards.

Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.

Salary Range: $80,000-$105,000
