Job Summary

FMP is seeking multiple HR Specialists to support a Federal Contract. Areas of specialty include Labor and Employee Relations, Staffing, Classification, Policy Writing, and general Admin Support.

What You'll Do

• Demonstrate a broad range of labor and employee relations expertise to be able to consult with HR leadership.

• Provide guidance on HR principles, concepts, and practices while implementing business objectives and strategic goals. Efforts will include position management and organizational design sufficient to resolve complex, difficult and unprecedented classification issues.

• Provide expert advice, consultation, and training on a variety of position classification and organization issues. Review organizational documents to ensure the organizational structure supports the requested title, occupational series, and grade of the positions.
