Job Purpose

As Executive, Ocean Freight at DHL Global Forwarding (DGF), your role is crucial in administering export plans and ensuring seamless import and export operations. You will be responsible for preparing documentation with relevant authorities, guiding and advising customers on export processes, and ensuring full compliance with corporate guidelines and policies. You will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations, facilitating smooth logistics while aligning with the business's operational objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Verify entries to ensure customer requirements are met and suggest routine corrective actions in case of deviations

Qualifications Required

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university is required 
• At least 1 year of work experience in the logistics industry is preferred
• Familiarity with CargoWise1 will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills  
• Proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player   
• Demonstrates high integrity and a strong work ethic.
