Team Lead - BSC - Military veterans preferred

The purpose of the role is manage a team to place, manage, control the Vehicle placement for transportation in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment in order to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets and human resources. 

• Placement of Vehicles as per the agreed KPI
• Liaison with authorities as required

Assist in Developing an overall transport strategy to develop an industry leading offer for our customers, taking into account people, suppliers, systems, reporting, cost models, marketing and operations improvement.

• Standardise KPI reporting across transport operations.
• Primary transportation & Courier tracking.
• Primary transportation bills follow-up.
• Monthly placement & delivery performance report.
• Damages/shortages follow-up.
• Preparing monthly saving report.

• To develop a high performance service culture within the Department.
• To plan, organise and direct an efficient and effective team.
• To develop IKOs / KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
• To manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.

To identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled Department.
