Job Purpose

Ensure efficient service delivery by maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all data entry and logistics documentation within the supply chain, according to customer requirements. This role involves verifying data inputs, coordinating the issuance and delivery of shipment-related documents, addressing documentation discrepancies, and upholding all relevant guidelines and policies.

Major Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure all data input in the system is aligned with the data received from the Customers, Carriers and Container Freight Station (CFS).
  • Ensure all shipment-related data is updated and documents are issued, and delivered promptly/as per the requirements of SOP/customer SOP.
  • Collect the complete set of all necessary original documents from vendors/carriers before releasing the Forwarders’ Cargo Receipt(FCR)/Bill of Lading (BL) as per guidelines/SOP.
  • Handle complaints and inquiries from consignees/vendors regarding documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service (CS) team/KAM to ensure accurate data entry, billing, and other necessary documentation.
  • Take ownership and assist team members in resolving data and documentation related issues and respond to them promptly.
  • Review the quality of data provided by the Container Freight Station (CFS) to match with the customer uploaded data into the system and find solutions for any problems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in coordination with carriers & as per SOP requirement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from any reputable university 
  • Preferred: 1 year of work experience in the logistics industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player 
  • Demonstrates high integrity and a strong work ethic.
