[Role Purpose]

  1. Drive the overall digital marketing agenda for DHL Express
  2. Develop multi-channel strategy and execution across digital/social/web platforms in order to drive business KPIs
  3. Plan and execute digital marketing strategy and online marketing to drive lead generation, support revenue growth, and enhance customer loyalty
  4. Drive lead performance of digital assets like - Discover (Content hub), myDHL+, Social Channels, Marketo, DHL Apps, and other necessary platforms

[Main Accountabilities]

  1. Overall Marketing Communications
    a. Assist to develop strategy, positioning, tactics and success metrics for different types of marketing campaigns in addition to designing, developing and producing effective communications
    b. Understand company objectives, develop annual/quarterly marketing communication plans to contribute to lead generation, revenue growth, and customer loyalty using various online/offline marketing channels including social media, eDM, website, blogs, paid ads, and events
    c. Research, write, design, and edit digital sales collateral that is effective and appropriate for the target customers
  2. Core Digital Performance (Digital Marketing/Content Marketing)
    a. Implement best-in-class digital and data-driven marketing strategies across paid, owned and earned media
    b. Improve adoption and implementation of core digital marketing programs - SEO, SEM, Display Ads & SMM, Content Marketing
    c. Plan and execute all digital marketing or activations including creation of landing pages/eDMs (using internal tools) for lead generation or sales promotions
    d. Maintain social media presence across all digital channels (Social Media Managment)
    e. Optimize/update owned media/microsite/content hub (Discover)
    f. Plan creative, craft marketing messages/contents for owned/earned/paid platforms
    g. Analyze the effectiveness of country digital campaigns and evaluate online customer journey across multiple channels and customer touch points to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
    h. Measure, assess and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
    i. Collaborate with marketing teams & agency partners to optimize the campaigns based on the established KPIs to drive higher performance
  3. Digital Adoption
    a. Drive new digital innovation projects in marketing by bringing the latest thinking in AdTech and Martech.
    b. Collaborate with agency partners in digital marketing, CRM and digital analytics to develop cutting-edge & innovative campaigns

[Experience]

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of work-experience exclusively in digital marketing, performance marketing, social media and content marketing for a Logistics/ Digital Agency/ Tech industry
  • Experience in Digital Agencies in fronline operations/performance roles is preferred
  • Ability to understand full funnel marketing methodology (online/offline) and flexible use of various marketing mix depending on marketing objectives and target audience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing various digital marketing mediums such as Search, Display, Video, SEO and Social
  • Hand on experience in developing content and SEO strategies to boost sites’ traffic and search rankings
  • Have extensive experience in handling CRM and digital paid media channels including social and search
  • Hands on experience in use of digital marketing and measurement tools like Naver Ads & Google Ads Console, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, Google tag manager, etc.
  • Have experience in working on social media managment, website analytics, search & other digital channels
  • Experience in working with CMS like WordPress and AEM
  • Excellent written communications and editorial skills (Develop contents for eDM & content hub & Localize English contents into Korean)
  • Familiarity with working on B2B promotions/campaigns (B2C experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms like Marketo is an added advantage

[Education]

  • A Bachelor's degree in communication/ business/ marketing or equivalent
  • Proven track record of digital marketing project management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite - especially PowerPoint and website management CMS
