We are looking for a Laborer technician to play a critical role in the inspection, assessment, and documentation of underground sewer and storm water pipelines.

Operating a mobile, truck-mounted Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system, the CCTV Operator provides essential diagnostic services prior to, during, and after rehabilitation processes like CIPP lining and/or cleaning.


Responsibilities

  • Perform laborer duties as assigned.
  • Operate and maintain CCTV inspection equipment (robotic cameras, recording systems, etc.).
  • Conduct thorough pipeline inspections to identify defects, obstructions, and structural issues.
  • Interpret and document observations using NASSCO standards (PACP/MACP/LACP).
  • Upload and organize video data and inspection reports for internal use and customer delivery.
  • Coordinate with field crews and project managers to schedule inspections efficiently.
  • Perform daily maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure readiness.
  • Follow safety protocols and DOT regulations while traveling and operating equipment.
Qualifications
    1. Nassco PACP/MACP/LACP current certification
    2. 1–3 years of experience in CCTV inspection, sewer, or underground utilities.
    3. Minimum class B CDL with clean driving record.
    4. Familiarity with confined space entry and OSHA safety standards.
    5. Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
    6. Physically capable of lifting equipment and working in variable weather conditions.
