  • Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation, tooling, and setup techniques.
Proficient in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and GD&T.
  • Solid understanding of machining principles, speeds and feeds, and material properties.
  • Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators, CMMs).
  • Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., MasterCam) and ability to collaborate with programmers.
  • Strong math skills, including geometry and trigonometry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality and productivity.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
