Responsibilities

Phase 1: Service Mapping (ServiceNow Team)

  • Manually associate servers with applications in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Collaborate with the IT Operations Center team to link partners with applications for automated impact assessments.
  • Assist in mapping maintenance and hardware assets within the Hardware Asset Management module.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of service mapping data to support operational visibility and incident response.

Phase 2: IRM / Operations Readiness / Change Management

  • Document internal and customer-facing processes for the IRM team.
  • Develop and refine templates for team use and assist in drafting patching change documentation.
  • Create a formal project close-out process and communicate updates to PMs and technical leads.
  • Build and maintain an Operations Readiness Dashboard using Power BI.
  • Test and validate job aids against ServiceNow change workflows in QA environments.

Assist in updating and enhancing Change Management Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) in ServiceNow



Qualifications



  • Currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or a related field. We’re looking for driven individuals ready to tackle real-world challenges;

  • 3.0 GPA and above;
  • Students expected to graduate in 2026;
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing school, work, and personal
  • Microsoft Office Tools experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for deal-making
  • Can-do attitude; energetic, passionate and driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
