Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) is currently seeking a cleared Intermediate Program Analyst to support Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

As a Program Analyst, you will:

Assist the office with the creation, management and tracking of programs.

The ideal Intermediate Program Analyst is motivated, driven, and meets the following criteria:

1. Experience preferably in an R&D environment.
2. Demonstrated creativity, foresight, professionalism, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving financial, business,
administrative, or program management problems.
3. Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following: developing, organizing, forecasting, and maintaining financial budgets and
tracking financial milestones; creating and coordinating budget and acquisition documents; organizing meetings; developing briefings to technical and non-technical audiences; DoD policies and regulations; and interacting with multiple internal and external personnel with excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills on a daily basis.
4. Demonstrated proficiency using modern PC computer techniques, systems, and tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel.
5. DoD experience highly desirable with at least two (2) years working with DARPA is highly desirable.
6. At least 4 years of experience in this role.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree required.

Clearance:
• Current Secret required, DoD Top Secret Clearance preferred, SCI eligible.

Position requires coming in the office, some telework possible.
