We are seeking skilled Contract Specialists to provide on-site acquisition and procurement support. As a contractor in this role, you will support a wide range of procurement activities across the acquisition lifecycle, including pre-award, award, and post-award phases, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and internal policies. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong attention to detail, professionalism, and an understanding of working within a federal law enforcement environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and assist in preparing acquisition documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), market research reports, and solicitation packages.
  • Support the issuance of Requests for Quotes (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Invitations for Bid (IFBs).
  • Assist in evaluating vendor proposals and preparing award documentation.
  • Prepare contract modifications, extensions, and other post-award actions.
  • Monitor and track contract performance, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain contract files in accordance with federal and agency-specific regulations.
  • Conduct procurement planning and assist program offices with acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to FAR, agency supplements, and internal procurement procedures.
  • Support internal audits, reviews, and contract closeout processes.
  • Participate in meetings with contracting officers and program staff, providing timely and accurate contracting support.
