This role is responsible for overseeing project budgets, schedules, and contracts, while coordinating closely with internal teams, tenants, consultants, and general contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general contracting and a comprehensive understanding of the project delivery process—from work letter negotiation and project design through construction completion and store opening. • Extensive experience in construction, particularly in commercial retail or mixed-use retail projects

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; MS Project experience is a plus

  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the western region

The expected salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $140,000.
