Strategic Analysis, Inc. is seeking a candidate who will provide support to DARPA Front Office activities with researching and preparing written documents and briefings, to include Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs) and other solicitations, Program Approval Documents (PADs), Tech Council presentations, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and program briefings, Research and Development Descriptive Summaries (RDDS) and other ad hoc duties.
Experience:
1. Experience with progressively more difficult analysis and preparation of documentation, to include strategic messaging, writing, editing, and interpreting technical documentation standards and preparing documentation accordingly.
2.The ability to distil complex technical and scientific concepts into accessible language for a broad range of audiences in written and presentation formats.
3. Knowledgeable in writing and editing solicitation and contract documents.
4. Excellent editing skills, including strong knowledge of grammar, sentence structure, and standards of written and visual presentation style.
5. The ability to write succinctly and specifically for polished products such as program descriptions and budgeting documents.
6. At least 8 years of experience in government environments as Writer or Editor.
7. At least four (4) years of experience, background and knowledge of one or more DARPA Programs is highly desirable.
8. At least three (3) years of experience working with DARPA Program Managers is highly desirable.
Education: Bachelor's Degree is required
Security Clearance:
Current Secret required, DoD Top Secret Clearance preferred.
This is an on-site with possible telework position.
