Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) is currently seeking a cleared, Intermediate Administrative Assistant to support Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
Assist the office with all administrative actions.
The ideal Intermediate Administrative Assistant is motivated, driven, and meets the following criteria:
1. At least five years of progressive responsibility in organizing reports, facilitating virtual collaboration (MS Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, etc.); providing assistance in tracking contract deliverables and organizing meetings; taking notes or minutes; and providing administrative assistance to all members of a technical team as required.
2. Must have good rapport at dealing with the public, customer service expertise, excellent oral/written communication skills, and excellent organizational & time-management skills. Demonstrated experience must include at least three (3) years creating, compiling, and editing computer-generated documentation including technical text and graphics.
3. Strong spelling and grammar skills and ability to put documents in proper format is required. Prior experience supporting executive-level personnel. 4. At least one (1) year experience working with DARPA Program Managers is highly desirable.
5. Additional education or relevant professional certifications highly desirable.
Education:
HS Diploma required.
Clearance:
Current Secret required, DoD Top Secret Clearance preferred, SCI eligible.
Position requires coming in the office, some telework possible.
