Overview

The Strategic Alliances & Deployment Lead is responsible for managing Ntrepid’s strategic platform partnerships with an added focus on overseeing the remote deployment of assets and devices that are part of or support these alliances.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive partnership across joint sales, marketing, product, engineering, and solution development. Own partner relationship success and satisfaction.
• Oversee remote deployment planning and execution of partner-integrated assets and devices, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, customer needs, and operational timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, deployment, and operations) and partner stakeholders to develop and deliver jointly integrated solutions, including any required remote configurations, provisioning, or asset activation.
• Work with partners to develop sales plays and field enablement strategies that highlight differentiated, deployed solutions.
• Understand key contractual, logistical, and operational aspects of each relationship. Identify and develop new areas of technical collaboration and deployment scale-up.
• Manage sales pipeline and partnership engagement to exceed joint sales targets, ensuring remote asset readiness aligns with sales cycles.
• Drive the creation of success stories and case studies that reflect effective remote deployment and partner success.
• Build and execute comprehensive business plans with each partner. These plans should consider technical deployment strategies (remote or hybrid), geographic reach, and industry verticals.
• Develop and maintain strong executive and technical relationships across partner organizations, enabling frictionless deployment support and joint roadmap planning.
• Ensure that assigned partners are fully informed of Ntrepid’s evolving capabilities, deployment tools, and operational protocols.
• Advocate for partner needs internally and promote a collaborative mindset across departments to support scalable, secure, and efficient deployment of assets and services.
• Coordinate and lead regular partnership and deployment performance reviews.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship Required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; MBA and/or technical certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, alliance management, or technical operations roles with increasing scope and leadership.
• Proven track record managing multi-faceted strategic partnerships, ideally within environments where hardware, devices, or software assets are remotely deployed.
• Familiarity with secure remote provisioning, device lifecycle management, or infrastructure rollouts is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS, especially as it pertains to deployment, automation, and monitoring.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to communicate and align on deployment strategies and challenges with engineering teams.
• Experience defining requirements for and delivering on remote deployments, including operational support models.
• Proven ability to align sales goals with logistical execution — particularly when solutions include remote assets or field-deployed infrastructure.
• Comfortable managing contracts and operational agreements, including those related to SLAs, device provisioning, and support commitments.
• High energy, strong problem-solving abilities, and clear communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for strategic partner engagement or deployment oversight.
