WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Lead a team of Credit Controllers to coordinate collections and minimise bad debt for an assigned portfolio of customers
Build up and maintain stakeholder relationship across the entire OTC chain
Manage escalations between customers, sales representatives, country DHL entities and the accounts receivables department
Set up, review and maintains service line agreements with country sales, customer service and operation
To provide professional and qualitative customer service in line with set DHL standards
Recruit, build, manage and develop a team of motivated staff members to maximise performance and ensure delivery of the agreed objectives
This is afull-time permanent position working Monday to Fridayduring business hours, flexibility with hours during peak times may be required
WHAT CAN YOU BRING?
Proven leadership experience – Highly desirable in finance services
Experience in accounts receivable or credit control roles - Desirable
Proficiency in financial systems (e.g. SAP / Oracle) - Desirable
Advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret data and reporting
Ability to work proactively with the customer to identify commercial / service improvement opportunities
Deliver innovative solutions and services that create value for customers
Excellent communication & organisational skills
