WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Lead a team of Credit Controllers to coordinate collections and minimise bad debt for an assigned portfolio of customers
  • Build up and maintain stakeholder relationship across the entire OTC chain
  • Manage escalations between customers, sales representatives, country DHL entities and the accounts receivables department
  • Set up, review and maintains service line agreements with country sales, customer service and operation
  • To provide professional and qualitative customer service in line with set DHL standards
  • Recruit, build, manage and develop a team of motivated staff members to maximise performance and ensure delivery of the agreed objectives
  • This is afull-time permanent position working Monday to Fridayduring business hours, flexibility with hours during peak times may be required

WHAT CAN YOU BRING?

  • Proven leadership experience – Highly desirable in finance services
  • Experience in accounts receivable or credit control roles - Desirable
  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g. SAP / Oracle) - Desirable
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to interpret data and reporting
  • Ability to work proactively with the customer to identify commercial / service improvement opportunities
  • Deliver innovative solutions and services that create value for customers
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
