DHL Supply chain are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design & Configuration Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this new role, you will be pivotal in the configuration and management of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) across the APAC region. As a key functional expert, you will support the implementation process and provide ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) support, ensuring a smooth transition and continuous improvement post-implementation. This position is ideal for an individual contributor who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance recruitment processes.

 

Your Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Act as the primary functional expert for Oracle Recruiting Cloud, ensuring effective utilization and support across the organization.
  • Manage change requests and incidents, logging tickets and resolving issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Support the rollout of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud module in various regions, ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Collaborate with internal product and project managers to ensure successful implementation and integration of the recruitment tool.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including vendors, to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
  • Evaluate and implement new features and enhancements to improve user experience and system functionality.
  • Whilst the primary focus will be on Oracle Recruiting Cloud, you may occasionally be required to support other Oracle HCM Cloud modules in alignment with broader business needs


     

What Are We Looking For From You:

  • Proven experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud is essential, with a strong understanding of its functionalities and configuration.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT environment, specifically in supporting and enhancing Oracle applications.
  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud certification is desirable, along with hands-on experience in other Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Familiarity with additional recruiting applications, such as Phenom, Taleo, or Workday, would be an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on end-to-end project activities and post-go-live support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across business and IT teams.
