Military Analyst/Game Design Specialist - Military veterans preferred

Dynamis is seeking a highly skilled Military Analyst/Game Design Specialist for a strategic wargaming initiative in the Middle East. This role is essential in designing and evaluating wargames that support strategic defense initiatives and align with military objectives. The specialist will leverage their expertise in game design and systems analysis to create innovative and realistic game scenarios that enhance strategic training and decision-making. This position requires strong analytical and creative skills, as well as the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Game Design and Development: Design and develop innovative wargame scenarios that are strategically aligned with defense objectives, ensuring they provide realistic and valuable training opportunities.
• Analysis and Evaluation: Conduct thorough analyses of wargame scenarios to ensure they meet strategic objectives and provide actionable insights, continuously refining and enhancing scenarios based on evaluation outcomes.
• Collaboration and Team Leadership: Collaborate effectively with military leaders and stakeholders to tailor scenarios to specific needs and objectives. Guide multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of wargame activities and outcomes.
• Technology Integration: Utilize advanced game design tools and technologies to support scenario analysis and development, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of wargaming activities.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Masters degree in Game Design, Systems Analysis, or a related field, with a strong focus on the design and evaluation of wargames within military or joint operations.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in game design analysis, ensuring wargames meet strategic objectives and provide valuable insights for defense applications.
• Skills:
      Analytical and Creative Skills: Strong analytical and creative skills with the ability to design and evaluate innovative and realistic game scenarios that support defense objectives and strategic initiatives.
