Dynamis is seeking a highly skilled Military Analyst/Simulation Specialist for a strategic wargaming effort in Middle East. This role is integral to the development and management of sophisticated simulation models that support strategic wargaming initiatives. The specialist will ensure that simulations accurately reflect complex military operations, providing realistic training scenarios that enhance defense capabilities and inform strategic decisions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and analytical acumen to design and optimize simulation models that align with game objectives and evolving defense needs, and  offers an opportunity to contribute to a critical strategic initiative in Middle East, requiring a blend of technical expertise, analytical insight, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Simulation Model Development: Design, develop, and optimize advanced simulation models tailored for defense applications, ensuring they are comprehensive and accurately represent military operations.
  • Operational Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of military operations to inform simulation development, ensuring scenarios are realistic and effective in training contexts.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with military and defense stakeholders to align simulations with strategic objectives and operational needs, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovation in simulation techniques, continuously enhancing the quality and effectiveness of training scenarios to meet evolving defense challenges.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a specialization in simulation and modeling.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in developing and managing simulation models for defense or wargaming applications. Experience in military operations analysis or simulation support for defense initiatives is essential, along with experience in the development and implementation of simulation models in military or joint operations environments.
