Description :

Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking talented Sales Specialist to join our inside sales team. This position is located at the Broken Arrow facility and is on-site, not remote or hybrid.

Position Summary: The Sales Specialist coordinates and performs customer support activities for sales department related to the ongoing business as well as communicate with outside sales, engineering, purchasing, credit and production control to provide solutions to Arrowhead Winch customers.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

  • Performs follow-up on sales orders and coordinates related activities.
  • Reviews and processes incoming orders
  • Provide support to sales managers and customers regarding changes in order status,

production and delivery schedules, and related problems.

  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure production or delivery schedules are met.
  • Investigates and resolves assigned order related problems
  • Provides parts availability information to customers
  • Communicates customer requirements between the customer and Arrowhead Winch by

accessing and updating customer portal

  • Calls customers as required
  • May maintain file on change orders; process received documents.
  • Liaison between customer, forwarder and PWI shipping department for International Shipments
  • Input call notes and relevant account information in CRM system to track customer contact history
  • Manage house account relationships
  • All other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field

• Possess two (2) to three (3) years of directly related experience

  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Strong keyboarding skills
  • MS Office software including Excel required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with International customers and obtaining routing for export

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

This position is an office position primarily sitting at a desk. Employees must be able to communicate over the phone and in writing. Occasionally lifting, pushing, stooping, kneeling, bending and carrying up to 15-lbs. Constantly reaching, handling, talking, hearing, typing, filing, and use of keyboard and mouse. Must be free of impairment from medications due to the nature of the position and dealing with customers.
