Dynamis is seeking a highly skilled Military Intel Analyst/Threat Specialist for a strategic wargaming effort for a Middle Eastern customer. This role is critical in providing intelligence support, focusing on threat assessments and analysis to inform strategic wargaming scenarios. The specialist will enhance strategic decision-making by delivering expert insights into potential threats and adversarial tactics, contributing to the development of comprehensive and realistic wargame scenarios. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a critical strategic initiative in the Middle East, requiring a blend of intelligence expertise, analytical acumen, and strategic insight.

Responsibilities:

  • Intelligence Gathering and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive intelligence analysis to support wargame scenarios, identifying potential threats and adversarial tactics that reflect current and emerging security challenges.
  • Threat Assessment and Reporting: Develop detailed threat assessments and reports that provide insights into adversarial strategies and potential impacts on defense operations, ensuring intelligence-driven decision-making.
  • Operational Support: Provide high-level intelligence support for military operations, ensuring that strategic decisions are informed by accurate and up-to-date intelligence.
  • Red Team/Red Cell Contribution: Collaborate with wargame red teams/red cells to develop adversarial perspectives and strategies, testing and refining wargame scenarios to enhance realism and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Masters degree in Military Science, Security Studies, or a related field, with a strong focus on intelligence analysis and threat assessment.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in intelligence analysis, with a focus on informing wargame scenarios and reflecting current and emerging security challenges. Proven experience working with wargame red teams/red cells is essential, along with providing intelligence support to high-level military operations.
  • Skills:
       Intelligence Expertise: Expertise in military intelligence operations and threat assessment, with strong analytical skills for interpreting intelligence data and informing strategic decisions.
       Communication and Reporting Skills: Excellent communication skills for preparing and presenting intelligence reports and assessments to senior military and defense stakeholders.
       Strategic Insight: Ability to provide strategic insights that enhance defense operations and decision-making, leveraging intelligence to inform and refine strategic wargaming efforts.
