Dynamis is seeking a highly skilled Military Analyst/Wargame Development Specialist for a strategic wargaming effort in the Middle East. This role is pivotal in developing and refining complex wargame scenarios that support strategic defense initiatives and align with military objectives. The specialist will collaborate closely with military leaders to design realistic and innovative scenarios that enhance strategic training and decision-making processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to strategic defense initiatives in the Middle East, requiring a blend of analytical expertise, creative thinking, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities:

Scenario Design and Development: Design, develop, and refine innovative wargame scenarios that are strategically aligned with defense objectives, ensuring they provide realistic and valuable training opportunities.
Collaboration and Analysis: Work collaboratively with military leaders and stakeholders to tailor scenarios to specific needs and objectives, analyzing outcomes to provide actionable insights that support strategic goals.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance wargame scenarios based on feedback and strategic developments, ensuring they remain relevant, effective, and reflective of evolving defense needs.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Masters degree in Military Science, Game Design, or a related field, with a strong focus on wargame scenario development and analysis.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in developing and refining complex wargame scenarios, ensuring they are realistic and aligned with defense objectives.
Skills:
Analytical and Design Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to design and evaluate innovative and realistic wargame scenarios that support defense objectives and strategic initiatives.
Collaboration Skills: Excellent collaboration skills for effectively working with diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring scenarios meet specific strategic needs.
