About the Role:

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our team!

In this role, you'll engage in a variety of semi-repetitive tasks, including hand soldering, mechanical assembly, and machine operation. Your valuable contributions will play a vital role in our collective journey towards Winning as One, One company. One team. One purpose. One plan. One culture.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Hand-soldering intricate electronic assemblies with precision and care.
  • Electro-mechanical assembly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications.
  • Operates manufacturing equipment while adhering to safety protocols to optimize production processes and maintain efficiency.
  • Enters and updates product tracking data to ensure accurate and up-to-date records for quality control and inventory management.
  • Conducts inspections of finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:

The experience we're looking for to add to the team:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • J-Std. Certification (preferred). **Certification must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment. **
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Good verbal and written communication in a technical atmosphere.
  • Read and understand detailed assembly instructions.
  • Work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and environments.
  • Experience with hand tool operation (preferred).
  • Complete work to high industry standards.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance.

Work Schedule

  • 4-day/10-hour work week
  • Shift 1: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Overtime: The goal is to limit overtime, but it is a reality in the manufacturing industry.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to reach overhead, often.
  • Prolonged and repetitive soldering and other hand operations. Requires gripping, twisting, and pinching with both hands and fingers.
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for up to 10 hours.
  • Must be able to look in and work with a microscope.
  • Repetitive twisting at the waist.
